We are available to take your calls Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm. If we aren’t at the phone, or if we are currently closed, please leave us a detailed message – we will get right back to you.

Clinic sessions occur weekly on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If the schedule is full, ask to be placed on our waiting list and we may be able to fit you in soon. We look forward to serving you!

At the Payson Christian Clinic our Family Practice and Internal Medicine specialists are dedicated to providing our patients with comprehensive healthcare options. Primary care services include: physical exams, vaccinations, anxiety and depression screenings, chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension), and referrals for specialty care.

Limited Lab Test is available including: UA(Urinalysis), Pregnancy testing, Strep, Covid, Influenza, HgbA1c and others. Referral to local sites for specialized labs, x-rays, medications and services not available on site will likely incur additional costs that the patient will need to absorb/pay.

Payson Christian Clinic pediatricians offers a wide range of comprehensive primary care, optometry, and support services to our pediatric patients and their families, including Well-Child visits, school and sports physicals, sick visits with appointment.

Appointments

We provide comprehensive primary care medical services, including substance use disorder treatment for individuals and families who are uninsured / medically underserved.

All appointments must be scheduled by phone – prior to arrival. Our office is open Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm to receive your calls at: 928.468.2209 If you can’t reach us, please leave a message and we will reach back to you as soon as possible.

A donation of $20 will be welcomed. Medical care and laboratory work are being offset with these donations.

Patients will be given low cost referrals for other needs: i.e. counseling, radiology, etc.

PCC offers specialized treatment for patients with a substance use disorder (SUD). Many of our Providers have received certification to offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), which is available at all of our clinic appointments. MAT combines the use of medication and behavioral health therapies to treat SUD, sustain recovery, and prevent overdose.
