Payson Christian Clinic ( PCC) provides health care for non-emergency or non-life threatening illness for children and adults. All appointments are available in person or via Telemedicine.

A.-SERVICES

1. – At the Payson Christian Clinic our Family Practice and Internal Medicine specialists are dedicated to providing our patients with comprehensive healthcare options. Primary care services include: physical exams, vaccinations, anxiety and depression screenings, chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension), and referrals for specialty care. 

2. – Payson Christian Clinic pediatricians offers a wide range of comprehensive primary care, dental, optometry, and support services to our pediatric patients and their families, including Well-Child visits,  school and sports physicals, sick visits with appointment

3. – Limited Lab Test including UA(Urinalysis), Pregnancy testing, Strep, Covid, Influenza, HgbA1c and others.

4. – Referral to local sites for labs, x-ray, medications and services not available on site with cost to be absorbed by the patient.

5. – Upon request, PCC offers specialized treatment for patients with a substance use disorder (SUD). Many of our Providers have received certification to offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), which is available at all of our clinic appointments. MAT combines the use of medication and —behavioral health therapies (by referral)— to treat SUD, sustain recovery, and prevent overdose.

C.- HOURS OF OPERATION

Scheduling (by phone) hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 1pm. If we don’t answer please leave a detailed message and we’ll call you right back.

Appointment days: Mondays 5-8 pm, one Tuesday per month 5-8 pm, Thursdays 3-5 pm, Fridays 9am-12pm.

The clinic is closed at all other times and on major holidays

D.- ADMISSION AND DISCHARGE

Appointments will be made by the Patient calling the Clinic for future appointments. Patients may be seen on a walk-in basis for treatment of non-emergency health problems if an appointment is available.

Patients experiencing medical problems beyond the scope of care of the clinic will be referred to appropriate levels of care.

Patients experiencing life-threatening emergencies will be transferred to an available Emergency Room by contacting 911.
