By AppointmentWe are currently open Monday through Thursday evenings and will see patients by appointment only. If you or someone you know is currently without adequate health insurance and would like to schedule an appointment please call the above phone number. A $20 per patient fee will be charged per visit. The fee covers medical care and laboratory work. Patients will be given low cost referrals for other needs: i.e. counseling, radiology, etc. |
